Establishing Contacts
I chose the assignment of making contacts abroad. I decided to make contacts with professionals from Canada and Africa. I am interested in making contact with these professionals and sharing information I retrieved my contacts from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. For the second portion I decided to research the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies as I myself am a Resource and Referral Specialist I want to connect with other people around the Country as well, beyond my state. I also decided to connect with the National Association for th e Education of Young Children, I just recently became a member and want to learn more about the organization. I have heard lots of things but never became involved.

ReplyDeleteI am very interested to see how Canada looks at education. Being that we are located so close to them I never really thought that they would be any different, but I have a feeling that is not the case. I grew up right on the Canadian boarder in New York, so it was just like going to the next town over really. NAEYC is a great organization you won't be upset that you joined!
I hope you have success reaching some contacts in Canada and Africa. I am interested in learning more from you about Canada as well.
