The Developing Child

The first thing I found was the Centers’ concept of Science of Adversity and Resilience, they discuss the effects of the environmental factor, daily experiences, or even genes affect the development of a child. Their development in the womb pre-birth and up until adolescents. I found this interesting because more details about studies for these factor in the changing field of science are important.

The Frontiers of Innovation tab was refreshing to read and become aware of its existence. This organization goal is to connect with other similar interest organization to help with goals to better the community of young children and their caregivers. They have the attitude of an advocate. This organization makes know struggles and issue that affect young children and use science and creativity to create growth. The use science to provide reasoning for mishaps with children, then put into practice objectives to make issues better.

The last thing I feel was inspiring was the Education and Leadership Development tab which is organized to find new ways to empower the base of the developing child. They are energizing the movement through all people who can be impactful in the growth and development of the child. The list expands from educators to policymakers, a wide range of community people who come in directly and indirectly cone in contact with children. They want to do this by creating opportunities for professional development and innovative practices
