The issue of Preventable accidents is something that not a lot of people pay attention too. The most common potential preventable accidents are children drowning in pools, not wearing car seats, or seat belts, and wearing protective gear when playing with riding toys. Sadly, more children die from preventable accidents in the US, more than anything else . That's why making efforts to show awareness of preventable accidents can help prevent these deaths.

Angelika,
ReplyDeleteNice campaign! Parents need this reminder to make sure children are wearing protective gear at all times. I brought my son his first bike and it took me longer to find the right size helmet for him. I wanted to make sure it fit and wasn't to big for his head. Wearing gear that is to big is also unsafe.
Angelika,
ReplyDeleteIn GA, there is a ad campaign called Look Again because children are being left inside the car while strapped in the car seats, and on the child care programs vans/buses.
